Sessions & Fees
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length ~ $135 per session.
The initial intake session is 90 minutes in length ~ $160.
A reduced rate may be discussed.

Benefits of not going through insurance include:
More privacy with your mental health records, including diagnoses
Frequency and allotted number of sessions are determined by us
Appointment Expectations and Cancellation/No-Show Policy & Fees:
Appointments will typically be 50 minutes in duration, at a frequency and time we determine. The time scheduled for your appointment is assigned to you and you alone. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not show for a scheduled appointment, a fee will be applied which must be paid before your next scheduled appointment/session. Therefore, if you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask that you provide me with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in a late-cancellation fee equivalent to the full session rate. In the case of a “no-show”/“missed appointment”, a fee equivalent to the full session rate will be applied. These fees must be paid before your next scheduled session. In addition, if you are late, your appointment will still end on time.
